For each Module in this course, there are the following materials:
A PDF for each module that you can download. A podcast for each module. Please read the PDF. It contains a short introduction to the concept, the Applications, a mindfulness exercise, quotes and links to suggested articles, books and YouTube videos. The podcast contains the concept and applications only.
Work through the modules at your own pace. But note that the focus of this course is the applications. The more time you spend on them, the greater the potential for transformation. We suggest you spend 3 – 4 hours per module.

CPD Accreditation
This course has been accredited for 4 CPD’s per module. To qualify for accreditation all the questionnaires needs to be completed. There are twelve modules, and a questionnaire per module. Once all twelve questionnaires have been completed, email anja@appliedjung.com to request your certificate.
