Food for the Soul
Alchemy in the Kitchen
This course is for anyone who wants to explore their relationship with self-nourishment, food, their body and meaning.
Each class will focus on a different aspect of the individuation process through accessing archetypes, complexes, dreams and ego work within your psyche. We will explore these theories with a lecture and application work and we will be cooking a meal symbolic of the work done during the workshop. Once we have cooked the meal we will enjoy our food for the soul and insightful conversation.
