The goals of this course.
Consciousness: This course teaches consciousness. From a Jungian perspective this means becoming more aware of yourself, practicing self-reflection and acquiring increased self-knowledge. Only through consciousness and uncovering the unconscious can we truly unhealthy and destructive patterns permanently.
Relationships: Repeating patterns in relationships means that there is an unconscious dynamic at play. This course will help you uncover, explore and shift these dynamics in order to change the way you relate to yourself and others. What is important to consider is that your relationships in the world mirror the relationship you have with yourself.
Mindfulness: Being mindful from a Jungian perspective is becoming aware of the movements within your psyche, your soul and your body. During the course we will practice becoming aware of these movements, explore what they mean and how to integrate these messages into consciousness.
Skills: The course will teach you the tools, language and skills from Jungian psychology for ongoing transformation of yourself, and a constant evolution to becoming whole and authentic.

Why do I need to develop a relationship with myself?
By the time we are adults we have typically lost touch with who we authentically are. We repeat the beliefs and ideals we were taught never considering that they may not suit us or reflect what we really think and feel. We have illusions fed to us by media about what real relationships should be like and consequently find ourselves hurt, betrayed or disillusioned. Often we find that we are not able to be joyful and yet resist doing what will make us happy. We are bogged down by the responsibilities of our lives and feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Our relationships are superficial and unnourishing. We feel empty, lost and longing for something that we can’t find or even identify.
What does it mean to be authentic?
Being authentic means being in touch with who you are, what you want and need. Authentic Living is the ability to express who you are in the world. To do this, you need to know, accept and accommodate yourself, feel and behave with compassion and love towards yourself. The inability to resolve deep destructive feelings towards yourself will have a negative impact on your relationships with others. A lack of self-trust, unclear boundaries, not accommodating or appropriately nurturing yourself results in projecting (displacing) these issues onto others. True transformation starts with Self.
Join us on this program and learn the Jungian approach to conscious self-awareness, resolving your internal conflicts, meeting your needs and understanding the movements of your soul.

Testimonials
My rich inner life, full of interwoven complexes and archetypes, symbols and secrets became so much more accessible through this course. It was probably the most challenging and inspiring piece of work I have ever done. Challenging to discover some unwanted archetypes with generations behind them, and yes, in me too. Inspiring to find new ways to explore and find meaning.
The course is modelled on a self-enquiry approach and the support of moderators who shared their own journey made it feel like a community. As with any good self-enquiry, there was no pressure to complete the work or to share it. Neither was there a critique of the work that was shared but encouraging comments were given and sometimes guidance towards further exploration. For me, the benefits were enormous, leading me to recognise dis-owned aspects of myself I cannot say I was happy to see these “unwanted” aspects but I now feel so much more willing to receive them and to learn from them. My relationships with others have improved, particularly my relationship to self. I discovered to my surprise, a lifelong lack of authentic self compassion. I now have found ways to nurture myself which of course gives me more opportunities to offer compassion to others.
As the famous man himself once said “We cannot change anything unless we accept it.”
( Carl Jung, Modern Man in Search of a Soul)
This course helped me dig deep and get to understand what is bubbling under the surface and accepting it. You really are looking into the mirror.
I have really enjoyed the material and process that went with it. I will return again to a lot of the material, and processes, that have had a really good impact on my life, and my perspectives. Thank you for what is a really wonderful and beautifully appropriate programme to look deep in the mirror and see with different eyes. I have recommended to quite a few who I see are now also starting or recently started.
Thank you for an amazing journey! I have learnt, evolved and struggled whilst having an amazingly supportive network of people and an inspiring teacher along for the journey. In the process I have discovered my life myth. Thank you for all the lessons learnt, the amazing experiences and the transformations along the way. My life has been made more interesting, richer and more real because of you. Thank you!
My soul was touched and torn and pulled and stretched. I faced my deepest fears and discovered my most hidden desires. I finally embraced those inherited archetypes I attempted to run away from for so long..I have grown to love my dark side. I have learnt to listen to me. I have grown courage to let go of things and people who did not respect my journey. It was hard but necessary and rewarding. There were the fragile moments when we all shared our inner stories that I will always hold close in my heart. You took us on a magical carpet ride through the universe.
